As for boot, simple answer . . . PCE owed $1.2 million with Assets of not much more (allowing for the fact that IP is undergoing a fundamental change in valuation techniques in world accounting standards . .which all means that by now, if it had not been for separation . . . PCE would be no more!!

Or is that what you hoped might happen?
