Yes, there is something very fishy about the way the directors have been hiding market sensitive information from holders. Not to mention the absense of a confirmation or denial of a secret deal with tpg for jobs after the sale.
I strongly suspect that both have seen the report and they believe this is the ammunition they need to get a higher price out of tpg.
Until a fair price is offered i vote NO.
