He's a politician doing his re election campaign.
Vote for Wade so he can bring wealth and prosperity to Senegal this February.
Maybe a rail line up from the south too.
I think he has the advantage myself and can only hope the people of Senegal are offered the opportunity of a much better standard of living.
Normally, the immigrants move in, the natives are dispersed and the regime become very rich.
Not to mention the SH's ..... But that's our job.
