It describes what sort of emotion is moving this stock, not my trading.......I may feel the same emotion but I buy and hold medium term according to my rules and stick to them. I prefer to hold stocks and take advantage of any good announcements rather then short term trading them and missing out on the big moves/gaps.........what I said above decribes my strategy. You obviously trade shorter term and attempt to take advantage of the fear/greed around (which I too have done on much tougher markets than the stock market) but these days I like life a bit easier!
