As per Vacre's original prompt for discussion points - why aren't ESI pushing hard to pelletise the rubbish brown coal used to generate most of Victoria's electricity?? If it's unable to achieve this / get the support of the Victorian government / generators - where is the credibility for this technology? Until this situation changes I feel the hard yards will continue.
