I'm assuming our partners in India will also be trying to access R&D funds to facilitate the construction phase which will stretch out timelines as we progress. I would like to know if this will ultimately be of financial benefit to ECT.
In broad terms will our % contributions to construction remain the the same if the partners are able to fund the progress from pathways set up to aid developing nations reduce emissions.
