If Axiom are able to win I can see a big compensation pay out, over the last couple of years it has become bigger business with lawyers.

For a start they have had Coffey engaged for consultancy and the list may go on.

This has been hinted at in the announcements. Once you take what it has cost and then add some more for fun as lawyers do, Axiom may actually be in a better position.

On the down side with a lose may not be good with the costs.
