I agree the company is a lot of more then the funding but the funding is very important!

Dr. Paul stated in the video April 11th "monetisation i.e. money in the bank about 2 weeks" we are now 2 weeks past that just stating the facts not trying to put a downer.

When has he spoken about it since - or are you referring to the video the 28th april - he sounds pretty confident about everything in that!

As long as the funding comes then I'm not worried when - 1 week, 1 month etc.
