You may well be right.
The problem, as is normal for BRN, is that the wording is vague and can be interpreted in a number of ways.
Nieve, or deliberately misleading?
We sort of gave Peter a pass on these wording concerns as he was not experienced as a CEO, but now there is an experienced operator in charge then one should expect a little more clarity, and less waffle that only leads to speculation.
