I don't think there will be any significant movement until we hear from RED. Guessing security is high with visiting areas so we won't hear anything until after the fact. Am sure RED have contacts in the DENR, lets hope they have the ear of Cimitu. Should be positive moving forward but when it will occur is anyone's guess. Every mining company in the Philippines would think their plight is more important than others.
