CNP holds 52% of CER, hence, only over 1 billion shares can be traded in the market. if considered some top shareholders ( top 20) holds it for long term, available shares for trading could be reduced a lot.

CER has 90% chance to survive in worse US economy conditions and CNP only has 50% back to last month.

it is always rewards and risks and how do you balance them. if you like high rewards and high risks, CNP would be a right one for you.
