NKLEX, my theory re the SA assets is that the JV partners are sitting and waiting for the area development at which time, these resources will be potentially considerably more valuable and strategic than they are at present.
See the ann from PepinNini re their JV with SinoSteel having lodged a mining lease application for Crockers Well in the last couple of days? Just one such example methinks...
Our Olary blocks are 35k away... and there are some results from rock chip sampling from PMH in 2006

Certainly not a short term reason to hold, but potentially value adding into the future as SA sorts its self out and drives forwards.
