Basic logic? Religion may seek answers, but faith has proven to be a poor means of sorting fact from fiction. Countless divisions and conflicting beliefs in religion proves that faith is not the way to truth.
Far from it.
If religious explanations of how and why the world exists contradict each other they cannot all be true, therefore cannot be trusted.
If claim x contradicts claim y, either one or both must be wrong...that is basic logic.
Unlike science, religion does not offer hypothesis or theory based on observation and rigorous testing , it asserts answers: God created the heavens and the earth.
