I suppose all creation includes all the universe. But we don't have any scientific data (evidence) that life exists beyond our planet. That might change as science seeks to explore and seek more material answers.
As for Ephesians 6, I don't think it is speaking about Extra-terrestrial beings (of which there is absolutely no evidence of). I believe it is speaking about spiritual beings who certainly do exist.
