This is a stockmarket forum for discussion about stocks. While it is sad for the workers who lose high paid jobs whether in Babcock and Brown or AGO the shareholders stand to lose their investment. The workers will move onto another job, the shareholders loss is permanent.

There is no point in denial, there is no point in trying to blame others, there is a point to accepting reality and dealing with it as best as can be.

In my view any company that trucks ore is doomed now that Iron Ore is returning to its normal price levels after the unique event which was a decade of Chinese infrastructure building.
