GCN’s SP dropped to our previous resistance line of 0.042 and settled directly on our lower pennant line giving us our 3 + 2 pattern. With pennants like this they are a bullish sign. At present I’m looking for two further confirmation signals to take a position. Any other time of the year and I would have solely followed today’s movement and the confirmation of the retrace back to 0.044 for the position. A very interesting chart indeed.
