Agree with Carnage. This will go up when 'they' decide its ready. Believe accumulation is going on and when enough is done it'll start to tick up with less volume available to the masses. This will allow it to make bigger daily gains.
If others feel the same then use the knowledge yourself. No point being aware if it doesn't serve.
