What do you mean by Green and Dark Green?

The fact that they tried this means they weren't sure of what their position was. Why try and put a charge in place on the day they go into administration when in all likelihood it's not worth the paper it's written on? Why do this if they already owned the shares?

I think they panicked. And as stated previously it was the cowboys in this division who were running the show and not the more seasoned professionals at the top of the tree.

So don't for a minute think that because the ANZ are this big corporation with rooms full of lawyers that they have all the bases covered. This scheme was new, no-one else in the world was running this so of course there are no experts. This arranegments have never been tested in court....anywhere.

ANZ will get smacked over this...it doesn;t matter how many lawyers they have...they have made too many mistakes.
