Interesting to note a little deal NST just did with a small cap.

Sold their gold deposit near the Carasoue damn plant for $12.5m.
The MRE was only released in early 2023 (so it's a new deposit, and still only inferred). Plus, under 40m of cover, but.. NST have the money and a hungry plant and if it fills it for another year, they will likely generate 10-20 times the amount they paid for it.
Bodes well for explorers that have proven MRE near infrastructure (or have their own as well in WA8 case).
$70 per ounce seems.. quite a good price for inferred!
