the way ahead is clear now ....

... and you shouldnt need to see the ODP (Overall Development Plan) nor even the results of the late-2012 S and V drilling to see where we are going.
How come?
Firstly you need the info we have just been given on plans for L33/43 and L44/43 (and some details of just what these licences are to the partners,where they are,what they are etc.etc.)
Secondly you need to be tuned in on WB and WBext and how Sandstone drilling differs from the Volcanic drilling most CVNers are used to and how you CAN extrapolate the results of one or 2 S wells,or even an S field,to reliably predict what will happen in other wells in the same S field or even an adjacent field.
Lets get one or 2 things out of the way first.
1. The cash issue was for ".. sandstone development in Thailand,and other exploration activities"
No reference to the volcanic regime,but that doesnt mean no money at all will be spent here.
L33/43 and L44/43 are clearly ,IMO, "other exploration activities".
2.POE were largely involved with the construction of the drilling campaign for the last half of 2012 and they were heavily involved between 15/6 and 15/12 at the Operators table. Towngas contributed but the success of the drilling in H2 of 2012 lies mainly at the feet ,Im sure ,of POE.
Make no mistake when it comes to simple S drilling in Central Asia POE are no mugs. This is seat-of- the -pants drilling where its more a question of having good seismic data-where its more a case of an art than a science (Towngass forte).
