    Hopefully, the way will now be open for the company to demerge its sugar and renewable energy business.

    CSR Management should now look at low-risk bolt-on acquisitions, as opportunities arise, to develop a substantial core building products operation. It should also consider expanding into complementary businesses with recurring revenue streams.
