I knew about his for a bit, but needed permission to post this info - I now have it.
The grant - $53,900,000 (not including the $3.45m for Wangara) is released in tranches as conditions are met.
One of the conditions is that, in collaboration with Bryah, AVL+ will build an open cut mine and a crushing, milling and benefication plant at **inintha and a processing plant at Tenindewa.
The grant was awarded under the Modern Manufacturing Initiative.
These are not negotiable conditions, these ARE the conditions.
AVL+ are on board RCF are onboard. The Market will hopefully be onboard as well very shortly.
There are 3 further payments due - $45,000,000 all up.
The final stage of the Tenindewa application should be fast-tracked as the new legislation comes in on March 1st stating that all projects over $20,000,000 have to approved / rejected in 120 days maximum.
Water and haulage permits are already done.
Road access permitting is done.
Gas supply is awaiting a contractual signing - then done.
Agreements have been signed with all relevant local authorities regarding transportation etc etc.
Tenindewa it is.
