I called this a little while ago that potentially to win the grant, a part of that plan was to present a 'centrally located processing plant', and that by winning the grant, it would lock AVL into that plan whether it proves economical or not (unless of course they want to scrap the grant)...
Damn well hope the BFS numbers can be improved... I wouldn't think management and RCF are stupid and a shortsighted enough to commit to a plan doomed to fail just to get another $40 or so mil from the government, so i'm putting trust in that they've had very good indications parties will fund this specific development plan..
Why are they telling people then that they still haven't made a decision? (see conversation posted in the 'News' thread)
That is just a lie then, and a PR representitive should know the concept of saying "we can't reveal anything that may be price sensitive, so you will have to wait for an announcement", which is much better than making stuff up if you can't commit verbally to what actually is happening.
