So, what is everyone planning to do with the vote: Yes or No?

Do the Directors have the ability to force the Yes vote purely on their controlled stock holdings?

Do they have a conflict of interest given that they are keeping their paid jobs?

    I am of two minds!

Had they declared us a dividend, then I would vote yes but I am not happy that Tabcorp looks to get the entire company at $7.15 and also gets all our profits from the past 12 months (I have owned shares in this company since Aug 2000).
