I am leaning toward Yes, there are a few large insto holders now and they could block it should they wish but I am assuming they are on side. Directors holding under 10%, if all directors and instos vote yes that is 45% there, TAH should have been accumulating below market price one would have thought? There may also be other intos below 5% on the books. 68% of shareholders have over 100,000 units so assume they aren't small timers. Market saying this is not a fete a complee.
