Kalgoorie is a major shareholder (in excess of 30 percent) is my opinion (educated estimate not guess) - they also have in effect a contract with MLS as well as numerous other interests (as one poster said, when they phone they get the "which company are you phoning about". So, who do you think is really running the company? It's obvious. And they have a massive vested interest (contractual and equity). The directors are not dissimilar to "professional" directors you find in the offshore fund environment and one of them is a geo with heaps of experience. But the real control and influence is with Kalgoorie. And from what I have learnt they are no fools. So, the actual party controlling strategy has its interests aligned with our company.
