Hi there Big O , welcome back from your self imposed sabbatical.
Now , you and I normally agree on most things about MLS ...and I am highly impressed with the advice that you are getting from you "geologist" friend .He has been spot on , and yet again imo he has produced the goods for you .
On this occasion , however ,I do have an alternative view to prosecute in relation to your suggested time frame of drilling results in Novemeber .As someone else has pointed out , that would mean drilling would be commencing in ~ 2 months .
While one would normally double that time estimate for MLS , on this occasion I am going to argue that drilling should be able to commence much sooner (what a sucker for punishmentam I ).
My argument is predicated on 2 key points :
First , those that have recently contacted MLS have reported back that ; an update will be provided @ the same time as drilling is to commence ; and that will be in weeks , not months .
Second , you have indicated " a geo consultant associate of mine (who has been spot on so far) says the company should first do a full scale magnetic survey to determine the best location to drill at depths in excess of 50m."

I now wish to introduce some evidence from my own research , as below ;

I respectfully submit that the datasets suggested as being needed by your "geologist" mate ,are already available , and have been available since mid /late 2007 .

I have the utmost respect for the advice being provided to you by your mate .
Armed with the information I have submitted ,I would be indebted if you could confer again with him and see if an adjustment to your suggested timeframe is appropriate .
