Hes saying don't accept cause they have no plan on increasing investor value but they have no plan either
I think either way is a risk but the current board have had enough time to come clean on what there plans are and we would have sat here like mushrooms with the current board because they put no pressure on themselves to achieve anything accept there own salaries
At least with this shot across the bows they actually need to perform and do something to hold onto their jobs and prove they have a plan .
This is again a half cocked plea to shareholders to drag things on unchanged but change is required
