I concur. All directors and JK should step down to allow this company to move forward and have a clean future. No matter what is says or does mud sticks, and this may make it difficult obtaining any substantial contracts moving forward.
The ASX have done their job and to blame them is absurd. They are there to protect shareholders which they are doing. Its toime to put this to bed. I for one wouldn't want JK and others to get a massive chunk of shares non legitimately. Agree, the AFR has reported poorly on this, however they want to sell their news.
