It doesn't matter if JK and the board steps down because ISX would still be suspended. Like I said delisting is the only viable option now. My personal guess is that eventually they would step down and migrate ISX's entire operation to the NSX, as in the company. So then NSX would literally become the new ISX, probably after a small name change. The new company would then still be listed on the NSX. Too bad for legacy holders though...
