It's pretty much what they said actually in the finance seeking Ann pre the Qtly....they had previously said start exploring in March again after the hurricane season...the circled bits are what caught my eye .
We all know oils days are numbered they realise and want to find as much as possible as quickly as possible before monetising the assets as they have done before.
