topped about a decent amount this week.
in summary I am confident the Philllpines govt will want to lock in contract pre election. I also did some more detailed digging to discover the NTA backing ( cash and property mainly ) is substantial and over 2 dollars per share l. This provides a nice safety net
the SP trades down here because of uncertainty of contracts so I think the Phillipines contract will go a long way in alleviating these fears and a US defence contract or two will set the SP alight
