There were ample warnings that this may end in tears. I learnt myselfover time that its worth looking out for those warnings and taking some poaitive action to protect your position.

They are not yet dead, but do need some new capital, which they have struggled with over the last 6 months. Normally, the longer that takes, the harder it gets.
