Unfortunately, some of us have been commenting that the licence is not the be all and end all for the SP, even though many in the forum thought we were playing it down. I've been a LT holder myself and while the licence was always going to be good news, it was never going to be a catalyst for the SP to rocket. It's just a stepping stone to allow the company to get to its full potential. My opinion was that the licence was somewhat priced in already given the licence was imminent (regardless whether it took 1 month or 17 months) so the SP could never have really taken off to the level we all wanted with this announcement.
Having said that, imo THC can now thrive and actually produce tangible results and more great announcements to follow.
