You say that you don't know if the options will be in the money come December so you will miss out on free money/opportunities, that m means that the SP in your head is going to plunge, so why are you not selling your shares just now to buy in December, that way you will get more shares for your money or 'free money' plus you will have cash on hand until December to not 'miss other opportunities' on other stocks........
