UCL coming into the picture will have many BON shareholders S^&Tting themselves that this 'dog' will try and mount a takeover....LOL. UCL's strategy is a good attempt at getting money of out existing shareholder's though...they'll try and raise capital then fail in the BON takeover and then keep the money for working capital to keep UCL going and management in jobs....
I predict....
You'll see an accelerated take-up of the MAK offer (by scared BON shareholders) in the next week with over 50% taking up the offer and scuttling UCL's feeble attempt.
