Happy is not I am happy with … it is “I am”. (Though there is also happy with ). I experience both pretty much on a daily basis and there are techniques one can use to increase that experience. The I am happy with I experience when something has been pretty pleasing maybe just everyone is different. I just think it’s pointless to suggest someone is wrong when someone described themselves in a particular way. And certainly your description of happiness may well be how you see it but does it matter so much to think you are right and tell someone else - particularly on this that they are wrong / and particularly when you don’t really know them. I’d say that is about knowing what graciousness is as well. And being gracious can help with happiness as can gratitude

I hope you don't feel too lonely if you misunderstand a post now and again as I also seem to do it on regular occasions so i get told...ho hum. Anyway, this is a forum of opinions, so it has to be expected that they will vary quite broadly.... all we can do is the best we can from the knowledge we have gained....
