Malachi 3:6: "For I Yehowah the Lord do not change; therefore you, O children of Jacob, are not consumed."
Like he does NOT become man.

Jesus is understood to be the Son of God, who took on human form while also being fully God.
The belief that God doesn't change is often based on verses like Malachi 3:6, which states, "For I the Lord do not change." This idea is often referred to as divine immutability. While it implies that God's essential nature, character, and promises do not change, it does not mean that God cannot interact with his creation or take on different forms.
The Incarnation, or Jesus becoming man, is a unique event in which God revealed himself to humanity through the person of Jesus Christ. This act of God taking on human form is a demonstration of his unchanging love, mercy, and desire to connect with humanity.
Within the concept of the Trinity (the belief in one God existing in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), while Jesus took on human form, the divine nature of God didn't change. Jesus' divinity remained constant even though he added humanity to himself. This means that Jesus, being fully God, still possesses all the divine attributes that do not change.
While Jesus took on human form, it did not signify a change in God's divine nature. Instead, it was an expression of God's unchanging character and desire to bridge the gap between humanity and himself.
