No, the truth says God was the Word and the God being spoken of is The God, first referenced and NOT Jesus.
The God is the one Jesus defines in 17:3, and you cannot run away from this clear truth.

The creation of who the Word is, falls over big time..

There is a creation of the Word by you lot and that creation is, falsely claiming that Jesus is the Word in 1:1, despite him becoming the carrier of it (Fathers words, the word), in a big way.

If that were so, the Bible and John 1-3 demands that you show that Jesus spoke creation into being, and You cannot show this.
