I am not Catholic and I am strongly against Catholic doctrines. This comes straight from the Bible, see John 10:1-21:

Yes, I’m fully aware that you are not catholic and are an anti-Catholic

Again, Verses that you quoted are catholic teaching that Jesus is the Door, but he also taught of the need of the Church, as you need to be baptised, and laying of hands etc to be a member of that body of Christ here on earth

Only through a Church this can happen

What one has to consider is, if that body was founded by Christ Himself, or founded by someone who have separated from that body due to weeds in that body = men

All wheat and weeds will be judged, one has to be carefull, they don't have weeds as their foundation, and inherit their sin

Wheat and weeds are to live together until the harvest

Here is what CATECHISM OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH says

Once committed to conversion, the heart learns to pray in faith.
Faith is a filial adherence to God beyond what we feel and understand.
It is possible because the beloved Son gives us access to the Father. He
can ask us to "seek" and to "knock," since he himself is the door and
    the way.

As pilgrim now on earth, is necessary for salvation: the one
Christ is the mediator and the way of salvation; he is present to us in
his body which is the Church. He himself explicitly asserted the
necessity of faith and Baptism, and thereby affirmed at the same time
the necessity of the Church which men enter through Baptism as
through a door. Hence they could not be saved who, knowing that the
Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ,
would refuse either to enter it or to remain in it.
