The WCN story changed materially today

Picked up some WCN in the sell off today.

MC = $11m
Cash = $2.5m
EV = $8.5m

WCN at an EV of just $8.5m is the cheapest Australian based and listed cobalt stock.


The CPS addition today is very important, and not enough in my opinion were privy to the fact. Look at what CPS have done to CTM, DYL, MLM these guys are in for bags on their investment, not just fees like someone earlier mentioned. Results speak for themselves with regard to CPS - they get set low in these unloved dogs and ride the wave of catalysts up.

What catalysts? The cheapest cobalt play on the ASX getting some drills in cobalt ground in WA. Any kind of decent looking hits will see this explode above resistance levels around .8c.

Currently the HC feral index is peaking with everyone man and his dog calling for management's head and a consolidation, however this is when the best opportunities exist. When you buy stocks this unloved it doesn't take much to move them in an explosive manner as the negativity is already well and truly priced in. Buy low sell high it's very simple. No doubt those of us buying now will be selling this back to the disgruntled holders now at higher prices.
