Some good news early Monday with the ECB pledging to actively implement bond buying program. European officials met late Sunday evening to discuss.

It is anticipated that the US will announce measures to calm the markets on Tuesday at the FED meeting. QE3 has been touted and it is expected to happen. This too would have a huge affect on the markets this week.
Heres hoping that world financial leaders put their heads together and start working together for a solution to the crisis.
A calmer day today on the markets would be welcome.!!
