"Can't have pesky retail traders buying up at 21-21.5c when they have burnt so much stock to get it down this far."

The thought had occurred to me as well. It wasn't the reason behind my post, but it would be a great by-product to see other retail investors like us pile in at 21-21.5 cents and watch the dumpers who drove the price down have to scramble to get in at those levels against really strong competition.

We'll have to wait and see how it pans out, but I would love to see the dumpers get beaten at their own game and burnt badly on this occasion. Here's hoping!
