I believe that's exactly why they're putting the stock through this exercise, to see how good their "work" has been thus far.

First of all they shake the tree & see how many monkeys fall out, then when they see that there's no more stock to be had at certain levels, the ascent begins anew. However, this time, people who didn't sell at $1 the first time will be happy to sell at $1 second time around....until they see the stock through $1.50 & $2 at which point they won't be too amused.

At the same time, suddenly the chart looks much more technically correct than before. Then we'll just need for the fundamentals to support the technicals.
