Could it be possible that after the Permit is obtained the company may take a far more aggressive path & approach.
Reason for saying this is that until the permit is granted you don't show your hand . Thus obtaining the best possible deal.
If it was me I would not be saying how great/big/huge/massive your leases are until that Permit is in your hand.
That's why I think things will change very quickly. The talk/action will be more upbeat & positive .
If we are a takeover target by a much larger company IMO it would be wise & prudent for them to wait until the Permit is granted for the above reasons & also the de risked nature.
Just something to think about while we wait.
