I think you might be right about that mate.

Last weeks trading definately looked like a few people were expecting news and when it hadn't come by Friday arvo it got sold down.

Anyway, I don't think that these delays and possible problems they are having are all that bad. Not only would everyone at Linc be learning invaluable lessons about the whole process, it also proves that even with some of the best in the business working on this project, it's not at all easy and anyone else thinking about trying this is at least 2 or 3 years from getting to the point Linc is at.
