The 45 level is a multi year high (twice - first in 1996/1997 and then again in 1999/2000) as well a decade highs, which boad well for an explosive share increase once the stock trades and closes above 45 cents.


For the non-believers, one would only have to look at similar charts, the most recent and most noteable been nickel;


US10,000/t has been a multi year and multi decade high and once traded and closed above that it went almost to US$20,000/t - give or take a dollar.


Consolidating a cent or two lower, target at least 28-29cents is non other than the market adding a respectable base (34.5 high to 29.5cent low so far) to trade from and lodge an assualt on the 45cents mutli year and two decade high.
