A test is over two bars for me the actual test bar which needs to close lower than the previous close with a narrow spread with a close in the middle to top half of the bar - That is the test of no supply down into the lower half of the bar.
For the test to be confirmed the next bar must close higher and with an increase in volume preferred.
The bar I would be more worried about on the weekly was the upthrust on week of 22nd June.
Look at Effort (volume) vs Result (where it closed) - volume was ultra high closing near the low.
