Hi sureley in the past years you have losses and still retained those capital losses that you can offset against your current capital gains I do not see how converting the options creates a Capital Gain at that time In my opion the capital gain is triggered when you actualy sell the shares . I have enough losses from previous trading I do not have to worry about capital gains Cheers to all holders making money Towie It all looks good to hold this stock and watch it bloom
