re: toxo vs tox tibbs. with "Choice 2.3" may be of interest to me next year & my SMSF i set up 18 months ago. Haven't lookup that side of SMSF as yet. Could you expand that bit again about xfer profits into SMSF.

1. Do you transfer the shares, say from your name into the SMSF then sell when transferred. or

2. Are you able to sell the shares in your name, then and only if you transfer the profits into the SMSF your super fund only pay the std 15% and are the 'contributions' treated as undeducted or preserved?
